If you apply for a rewards credit card then the annual fees are usually higher. But you should also be careful on this. Do the math.

What an excellent comment--Thank you--It could only have been posted by a Banker. Lets see, The card is reasonably priced, actually gives the consumer control over their own new credit lines, without worrying about a bank turn down, due to past difficulties that may or may not have been of their own making, and allows them to rejoin the world of credit users.and , requires them to purchase nothing
...The Vista card will be a God send to millions of Americans....as opposed to other Debit Cards that simply give you the "privilege " of spending your own money,
and then nothing.
