Perhaps you are a regular reader and have noticed a slight change in tone and topic of these last few articles. It just seemed time, considering the economy to write about more than the usual. To many people do not even have the money to enter a structued program. So my hope is to let each article stand on its own merit. I will never lead you down a bad or negative path.
I was speaking with an individual the other day because she
filled out the same form contained at the bottom of this article. What was the form about? It was about the opportunity expressed in this
Wall Street Journal Press release.
The press release talks about an individual who is one of the worlds 1200 certified billionaires, Ed Mercer and how he is looking to break his 5th Guinness Book of World Records, by mentoring at least 100 people to learn to become millionaires.
There will be a TV show after he does it, etc. In other words a big deal.
The young lady who filled out the form expressing interest, proceeded to tell me that she was on disability. I asked if she could use a telephone, she said yes. She wanted to know if there was a cost involved, because she had just invested 250.00 dollars into a gifting program. I asked if it was successful or not, to which she did not answer. She asked if this opportunity required money? I said, you mean like the gifting program? No answer.
I Invited her to the meeting, where she would get all her questions answered. I explained that the meetings were in conference rooms with Ed Mercer and the principles
of a company called Veretekk, 15 years in the making, as the worlds greatest symbiotic marketing company and a community of individuals,
Just like her, who were committed to helping each other succeed. The meeting would last 55 minutes, and she would learn everything she needed to know, she was on disability, at the very least, it would give her something constructive to do.
So lets see. She was more than willing to invest 250.00 dollars into
a gifting program known to be less than above board. Filled out the form expressing an interest in attending an absolutely free meeting with no strings, and then ended the conversation by saying it was not for her.
Did she mean success was not for her? A real opportunity was not for her? I have no idea. Not my place to try and sell her anything. But this is a prime example of dropping the gold to hold onto the silver that was not even real silver.
I am a credit counselor and run into this same mindset with many of the consumers i speak with. If they get out of debt, they can become self empowered, and change their lives. Oh, did I mention my counseling is absolutely free. Yet strangely, at the last minute the idea of change holds them back, and they decide not to move ahead.
I grew up with this mentality, whatever it’s called it holds people back from success, and for some reason, thank God, I always rejected it. Well, if this article made any sense to you and financially, you are struggling, and would like to change that. Only you can change that.
I am inviting you to the same meeting:
